Humphry Davy School is a comprehensive school in Penzance, Cornwall. The school teaches 11-16 year olds and in 2005 it gained specialist status, as a Music College.

The school is spread between four buildings. The largest building housing the reception, English, Physical Education and Humanities subjects. The other larger building is located further up the school grounds, and caters for science, maths and performing arts, as well as housing the canteen.
The two smaller buildings are the Technology block, and the Modern Foreign Languages block.

Alumni of the school include BAFTA award winning actress Thandie Newton.
