Humphrey Jones was a Welsh footballer. He began his career with local club Friars before joining Bangor. This was followed by a spell at London Swifts F.C., before he moved to Scotland to represent Queen's Park and East Strilingshire.[1] Between 1885 and 1891 he picked up 14 caps for Wales, five of which were won at East Stirlingshire which, to this day, remains a club record for most capped player.[2]
