Humberto Guzmán Fricke (Born 1919) has been a member of the Revolutionary Nationalist Movement (MNR) since the 1940's and fought in the 1952 Revolution.
He was head of the Central Bank in Bolivia when inflation was at world record rates over 20,000% in 1983.
He is now retired and living among several generations of his family in the United States.
