[edit] confusing text

The article currently says: "The Hull Identification Number (HIN) may be found on the aft of the vessel in the uppermost right corner. Also, the HIN may be stated on the title, registration, and insurance documents."

By "aft," does the contributor mean "stern" or "transom?"

And can "may be" in the second sentence be amended to "is often?"

I'd make the changes myself but do not know the origianl author's intentions. 165.91.65.10 (talk)RKH
