It is contended that the use of this image qualifies as fair use when used in the article on Hula Bowl for the following reasons.

3. This image is used for identification and or educational purposes only in the article on Hula Bowl, and other articles if specific fair use rational can be provided.
4. This image enhances the article in which it's displayed, as it provides an immediate relevance to the reader more capably than the textual description alone.
5. This logo, a primary identifier for the group discussed in Hula Bowl, can not be effectively replaced by prose and achieve the same identification capabilities.
6. This image is of a reasonably low resolution.
