[edit] Bailey White
I saw your recent edits to the Bailey White article, and I just wanted to come by and thank you, because your edit will be a big help in starting to push the article to where I envisioned it eventually being when I created it. LLBBooks 23:43, 19 December 2006 (UTC)
- Glad I could help. She definitely deserves more than a stub.--HughGRex 01:20, 20 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] References on Global warming
Hi Hugh, I appreciate the effort you put into references on the global warming article. Would you consider to use the template: cite web for this? --Stephan Schulz 13:03, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for the suggestion. I'll seriously consider using the format in the future. However, I'm on a different project, so I'm not sure when I'll get back to the Global Warming article. I invite anyone else to reconfigure the refs with the template.--HughGRex 13:09, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Regarding edits made to Criticism of Bill O'Reilly
Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia, HughGRex! However, your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove spam from Wikipedia. If you were trying to insert a good link, please accept my creator's apologies, but note that the link you added, matching rule tinyurl\.com, is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. Please read Wikipedia's external links policy for more information. If the link was to an image, please read Wikipedia's image tutorial on how to use a more appropriate method to insert the image into an article. If your link was intended to promote a site you own, are affiliated with, or will make money from inclusion in Wikipedia, please note that inserting spam into Wikipedia is against policy. [edit] Fair use rationale for Image:A_Long_Way_Gone.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:A_Long_Way_Gone.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ↔NMajdan•talk 21:13, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Regarding "Exploratory Committees"
You're invited to comment at Template talk:United States presidential election, 2008 navigation, on this proposal:
And please note this argument on the same talk page. Exploratory equals Candidate.

[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Swept Away.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Swept Away.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 21:57, 26 November 2007 (UTC)
