[edit] Definition of terms

What a "fanac" or "Pro's ac"? Both terms are unclear, and aren't defined in the Hugo Awards article. Can someone expand or replace them, to make the categories more clear? Thanks. --Anirvan 18:42, 31 July 2006 (UTC)

These terms refer to "fan activity" (such a publishing a fanzine or organizing a science fiction convention) and "pro(fessional) activity" (such as writing a novel or painting a commercial book cover). - Dravecky (talk) 09:57, 28 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Request

Anyone interested in taking a stab at creating a Template:Hugo/Best novel to link the award winners together in a chronological manner like Template:Succession_box. See the succession template at bottom of Timothy V. Johnson for a live example of what I'm talking about. MrZaiustalk 08:03, 9 April 2007 (UTC)

Also look at Category:Succession templates. Note that I'd be happy to help. This would make the articles much easier to browse through, when examining a particular decade's literature. MrZaiustalk 12:46, 29 April 2007 (UTC)
Nevermind - The Nebula people beat me to it. Dropping the thing they've been substituting into their articles into both Template:Hugo/Best novel & Template:Nebula/Best novel MrZaiustalk 12:57, 29 April 2007 (UTC)
