Just started this article, orginially it was supposed to be a direct translation of the French Wikipedia article, but it has become a paraphrase of the Italian, German, Spanish and French articles.--Meshsa 12:13, 4 May 2007 (UTC)

I found more information here: Huguenot Society of South Africa[1]If someone would be so kind as to add it. The (unverified) story could be included as trivia. The part about the pearl replacing the dove in times of persecution (as a symbol of a teardrop) definately deserves some mention. I'm just not clued up Wikipedi-ish, and would appreciate the help.
