This is very poetic but not very objective:
- A native of the port city of Ensenada, Mexico, Hugo Amezquita's own artistic currents are as ultramarine and seductive as the powerful tides that fall upon the shores of the Pacific Ocean. In his album debut, the listener encounters themes cascading one upon the other receding to reveal a kaleidoscope of tiny patterns and movements that suggest the delicate ecosystems one finds on the shore of the beach.
