copied from en.wikipedia.org, the original summary as follows: "I (en:User:VJDocherty) was co-chair of the 2005 Worldcon, which awarded this Hugo Award. The Hugo base is designed each year by the Worldcon Committee. In 2005 the design was finalised via a public competition. The winner was Deb Kosiba, who writes: 'I, Deb Kosiba, give Vincent Docherty and Interaction permission to use any of the attached photos for use in the archives and records of Interaction. This includes CD storage, their web site, and any post-convention publications about Interaction. I do request, but not require, that if the images are used in print or online that I am notified of their use and be provided a copy of said publication or, in the case of a web site, informed as to the location of said web site.'"
