Hugo Cóccaro is an Argentine Justicialist Party (PJ) politician, former governor of Tierra del Fuego Province (formally Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica, and South Atlantic Islands).
Cóccaro served as vice-governor under ex-Radical governor Jorge Colazo. However, he fell out with Colazo and there were public rows between them. He became acting governor of Tierra del Fuego on 25 October 2005 when Colazo was suspended. He was confirmed in post on 2 December 2005. He was defeated for re-election in 2007 by Fabiana Rios the first woman to be elected governor in the history of Argentina.
