Hugh Shakespear Barnes

Sir Hugh Shakespear Barnes was an administrator in British India. He served as Chief Commissioner of Balochistan several times during the 19th Century.
He was awarded KCSI (Knight Commander of the Order of the Star of India) in 1924.
