Hugh Jessiman (born March 28, 1984, in New York City, New York) is a professional ice hockey right winger. He was drafted in the first round, 12th overall, by the New York Rangers in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft. He has yet to play in the National Hockey League, spending his professional career to date split between the American Hockey League's Hartford Wolf Pack and the ECHL's Charlotte Checkers. He is currently the only first round pick from 2003 to not play in an NHL game.

Jessiman grew up in Darien, Connecticut, attending Brunswick School in Greenwich, and has been a life long fan of the Rangers.
