Hugh Alexander (July 10, 1917 in Buffalo, Missouri- November 25, 2000 in Buffalo, Missouri) played one year of major league baseball as an outfielder. for the Cleveland Indians in 1937. Alexander was just 19 years of age. He played in 7 games, accumulating 11 at bats, getting one hit, and striking out 5 times. Alexander later became a scout.
