[edit] More than cycling

Wheel hub engines are now standard for electric scooters and are shown in some prototype cars. I would propose to move this article out of the cycling only scope.

On the international automobile show Frankfurt 2007, Volvo showed a prototype car with 4 wheel hub engines strong enough to renounce for mechanical brakes.
