[edit] Article has no independent references

There are no independent reliable sources in this article. Ism schism (talk) 04:15, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

I've added one small ref, but you're right, it needs more. Ys, Gouranga(UK) (talk) 16:33, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
There's a problem with "independent reliable sources" for many devotees. HDG obviously is an accomplished and important historical figure (despite my personal misgivings about him). Yet there's not a lot of newspaper articles etc about him and other devotees. Maybe the Professor Shinn and Rocheford types may make reference in their books. Yet HDG and others should be in wikipedia.
Living persons can have references to their own web pages and it would seem that mainstream ISKCON pages would be included by extension. The trick would be to make the a page like HDG's not too "fawning", which would raise hackles. 75.117.52.108 (talk) 20:12, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
