HR Bradfords is a well known chain of bakeries, operating in and throughout the Glasgow area. The company's bakery and head office is situated in Thornliebank. It consists of a total of fifteen branches, and Glasgow's renowned tearoom, Miss Cranston's. Bradfords produces chocolate brownies, french cakes, carrot cakes and other items.

Bradfords is the only bakery in the world to have established its own Breadmaking Academy.^{[citation needed]}
