HP Certified Professional

Hewlett Packards Certification Professional (HP-CP) program has been designed by HP, and is organised by job roles. Within each role, there are certification levels. It was developed to confirm the technical skills, sales competencies and knowledge that is required to propose and deploy, service and support technology and solutions sold by HP. HP-CP is intended for Customers, Reseller's, and HP Employees. The tests are administered by Prometric.

  • ProCurve Networking - ProCurve Networking Switches, wireless and routers
  • Software - OpenView and OpenCall - Business availability, Operations Centre, Performance Centre, Quality Centre and Service Management software.

Provides salespeople with the tools needed to understand customers requirements and then sell the correct HP product.
