[edit] Editor Assistance/Requests
From WP:EAR I've removed the whole section on the grounds that (a) it wasn't interesting (b) none of them were facts. School Uniforms aren't interesting facts but important - see Eton College Uniform or Carpenter London Uniform. If "facts" are particularly obnoxious or beyond belief invoke WP:BOLD which carries a useful notice Though the boldness of contributors like you is one of Wikipedia's most precious assets, it is important that contributors take care of the common good, at least that they do not edit recklessly. However, any changes you make that turn out badly can be reverted, often quite painlessly. So be Bold, if you act rashly they can be undone and editors should understand your concerns. But please don't use it on every single article you see, WP:BOLD can quite easily be seen as WP:POINT if you go on an editing spree of "Interesting facts". You discussed, you asked for a second opinion, second editor invoked WP:BOLD sharing your concerns. (and lol ignore hissy fits if you are clearly in the right.) -- BpEps - t@lk 17:37, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Re: Sottolacqua
This edit to The Joker's Wild removed an entire section for no given reason. --Jnelson09 (talk) 02:15, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Icons
Sure, no problem! The code for my icons (which can be reconfigured to your own of course) can be found at User:Canadian Paul/Promotion; all you have to do is create your own user subpage and replace my articles/icons with your own. Then, to put it on your own user page, just add {{User:Canadian Paul/Promotion}} (replaced, of course, with whatever you call your subpage) anywhere on your userpage. Hope this helps; let me know if you need anything else! Cheers, CP 19:42, 19 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] ITC Project
Hello, thanks for the invitation. :o) I will certainly try to help out as and when, but I'm finding my "To Do" list is already spiralling out of control to an excessive degree just with trying to help out with comics..! Added to which, (almost) all my ITC books and DVDs are in another country, which makes me less of a help than an enthusiastic supporter. When I recoved them, though, I shall try to help out more. My main forte would be The Prisoner, but that seems to (hardly surprisingly) be the best covered already. ntnon (talk) 03:41, 21 April 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for your comments. With regards to my page that I created, am I able to keep all of the content I created on as a user page? How do I do this? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jamiecg74 (talk • contribs) 22:54, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
I have now changed the page to a user page - is it likely that the page will be kept?--82.19.60.209 (talk) 22:58, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Article Modification
G'day Howard,
I have a quick question, I posted an update to the article for BSFC (Brake Specifc Fuel Consumption). My previous version can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Brake_specific_fuel_consumption&oldid=204090949
My post was removed by another user and I don't believe it should have been.
At the bottom of the article (BSFC) they quote the best figures attained for BSFC of an internal combustion engine. These figures are no longer accurate as a newer engine has exceed them (lower figure). I added to the article to include this new information and also provide evidence to support the new claim (independant test report).
I hope you can assist, I'm not sure if you are the most appropriate person.
Kind regards,
Shane

Thanks for the offer, Howie, but I will pass on it. I removed the libelous content which is probably the best contribution that I can give right now. Best wishes. —Preceding unsigned comment added by MattKeegan (talk • contribs) 22:58, 26 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Your screen capture of Brains
Hi HowardBerry, I saw that you contributed the screenshot of Brains to wikipedia. Do you think it would be a good idea to add a screenshot of the characters to the rest of the character pages. Eg. Jeff Tracy etc.? I know it states a limited number of screenshots, what do you think? IF so, how is it that you make the image smaller, as in make the resolution smaller? Because when i have taken a screenshot its been considerably larger than your one. Just like your thoughts. Thanks Roadrunnerz45 (talk 2 me) 11:35, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
- I'll see what i can do and IF i do it ill give you a shout out. By the way hopefully you can come up with something in relation to the Brains image because it looks like its going to be deleted in a couple of days ;) Roadrunnerz45 (talk 2 me) 14:47, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
