food for thought:

• Was Bleakhouse a litary reference to the house of the same name in Pilgrim's Progress (if memory serves me well) or if later perhapse the Charles Dickens's novel "Bleak House"?
• Was Rodney street named after George Brydges Rodney, 1st Baron Rodney?
• Nope it was Rodney out of 'Only Fools and Horses'

I know the Charles Dickens Bleak House reference is correct - there are a number of streets in the area with Dickens related names. --IanRitchie 10:06, 26 April 2006 (UTC)
