Reads like it's marketing written by the Howard's management. Especially:

"Howard Technology Solutions: Leading reseller and manufacturer of computer hardware and related equipment and solutions. Offers 24/7 support and customizable options."

Says Who? Leading who? Just saying Leading. Say it and it's so? You can ask people here in their hometown and they have never heard of them being a reseller of anything but have heard of Dell, Gateway, HP, AlienWare. Leading, sounds like opinion.

There is no mention that their expansion is always done with large amounts of government subsidies. The Tech Park received tens of millions from the state of Mississippi with no results other than a new Headquarters for the company.

"Howard Industries is creating many new job opportunities in that town as well, and paving the way for other companies to expand into the small town as well."

Also a comical statement as not one company has built in their white elephant that is known as the "Howard Tech Park." Howard job creation usually involves Visa labor from foreign countries, primarily Mexico with most locals questioning their legal status.
