I decided to change "victim" to "recipient". Though the lobotomy was almost certainly negative in his case, and the modern consensus is that it's an immoral procedure... it's still POV. This was not always the consensus in the medical community, and some still considered helpful by some in extreme cases. Point is, (near-)factual or not in his case, the term "victim" as used is POV. The rest of the article explains why it was obviously bad. --MQDuck 03:33, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
