Talk:How Like a Winter

I believe this article does not meet the criteria for speedy deletion. (Please also note that this is the very first page I have created at Wiki and I accept that I may not have got it perfect the first time). I have read the criteria for 'notability' and believe this band meet the criteria for notability due to numerous independent articles attesting to the band's relevance and quality, including articles in Vampire Magazine, Digital Metal and Metal Edge among others. I will include links to these articles hopefully within 24 hours.
Secondly, HLAW have released two albums, the last through Martyr Music Group, a record company who have released albums by notable metal bands including Novembers Doom, Aeternus, Em Sinfonia, Broken Hope, Drained, Penance, Blood Red Throne, Pale Divine, CRISIS etc. Some are not particularly 'notable', but Novembers Doom and Aeternus are globally famous. OK, the 'speedy deletion' request was withdrawn (thanks!), but I'll justify the page's existence further just in case the topic comes up again. Under notability criteria for ensembles as per:-
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WP:BAND#Criteria_for_musicians_and_ensembles
as explained above, the band pass clause 1 and more or less pass clause 5, but also very likely pass clause 7 as they are most likely to be the principal gothic doom metal band from Campobasso, Italy. I challenge anyone to find a more prominent example.
I believe the above add up to "notability". The notability criteria presumably exist to exclude irrelevant garage bands, which clearly does not apply to HLAW.
