This is a grouping of several pictures, illustrating the different motions done in order to create a new stitch when purling. The pictures were taken August 8th, 2005. They were put together on October 4th using Adobe Photoshop. The pictures were taken by me, using a Fujifilm FinePix A205 Digital Camera.


Please note that the instructions carry a serious error: For a Purl stitch, the right hand needle should be inserted into the stitch from RIGHT to LEFT, not left to right, as the caption states.
