[edit] Fair use in How Strange, Innocence

Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

  1. The image of the album cover is used as the primary and only means of visual identification for the album, which is the main subject of the article.
  2. The fairly low resolution of the image makes it ill-suited for use in the potential production of illegal copies of the album.
  3. The image is not used in such a way that a reader can convincingly be confused into believing that the article is written or authorized by the owner of the album cover.
  4. The image is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image.
