Howards Grove is a village in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 2,792 at the 2000 census. It is included in the Sheboygan, Wisconsin Metropolitan Statistical Area. The high school in the school district is Howards Grove High School

Howards Grove is located at 43°49′47″N, 87°49′24″W (43.829594, -87.823251)[3].

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 2.2 square miles (5.6 km²), all of it land.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 2,792 people, 1,007 households, and 811 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,301.2 people per square mile (501.4/km²). There were 1,022 housing units at an average density of 476.3/sq mi (183.5/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 98.71% White, 0.04% African American, 0.11% Native American, 0.47% Asian, 0.43% from other races, and 0.25% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.75% of the population.

There were 1,007 households out of which 40.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 72.5% were married couples living together, 5.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 19.4% were non-families. 16.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 8.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.76 and the average family size was 3.12.

In the village the population was spread out with 29.2% under the age of 18, 6.3% from 18 to 24, 30.2% from 25 to 44, 23.5% from 45 to 64, and 10.8% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 36 years. For every 100 females there were 98.9 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 95.8 males.

The median income for a household in the village was $59,032, and the median income for a family was $65,243. Males had a median income of $42,444 versus $26,719 for females. The per capita income for the village was $21,913. About 2.1% of families and 2.8% of the population were below the poverty line, including 2.2% of those under age 18 and 12.3% of those age 65 or over.
