Howard Kipp Parker

Howard Kipp Parker - television and film producer, director, editor, and writer.
Parker was born in New York City in 1935 . He served in the United States Army in the 1950s and was stationed as a photographer in Germany. Because his wife from New York was Jewish and lived with him, it was difficult being in post-World War II Germany at the time. After his service with the Army, Parker entered motion pictures as a film and television editor. During his career, he worked with CBS, NBC, and ABC (the American Broadcasting Company). During the Vietnam War, Parker took his film career to south-east asia and produced TV commercials and documentaries for multi-national corporations in the Philippines.
After returning to New York City in the mid-1970s, Parker created the first-ever International Psychic Film Festival in 1975. The Festival toured around the world, including North America, South America and Europe.
Parker is also renowned as a top numerologist. He did numerology for a number of famous personalities, including John Lennon just a week before his death.
Parker is still active in the New York community where he teaches chess to young children ages 5-12 at the Bank Street College of Education and serves as a Director of the Collins Kids organization.
