Howard Groote

Howard Groote is a fictional character, in Batman Beyond series, being a fellow class of Terry McGinnis (the new Batman). He is a great nerd, but it is also a bit dizzy and puzzled, not having much popularity among colleagues. Howard appearance in some episodes of Batman Beyond, but don't appearance many, as Dana Tan (Terry's girlfriend) and Max Gibson (Terry's best female friend).
