Howard Griffiths is the chair of Plant Ecology at Cambridge University, where he is a fellow of Clare college. His scientific interests focus on plant ecology, particularly in the application of molecular techniques to determine photosynthetic responses; responses to climate change rating highly amongst his specialisations, reflected by his membership of the Cambridge Environmental Initiative.
