Howard Andrew is an American poker player, best known for his success at the 1976 World Series of Poker.

Andrew won two championship bracelets at the World Series of Poker, both in 1976. He won the first bracelet in $2,500 No Limit Hold'em and the second bracelet in $1,000 No Limit Hold'em. He also finished in the money in other events at the WSOP.

Andrew's live tournament winnings exceed $675,000.[1]
