How To Eat To Live is a series of books published by Nation of Islam leader Elijah Muhammad in the 1960s, which are still in print. The books cover his philosophies on healthy eating and the Black Muslims' prescribed diet.

How To Eat To Live emphasizes the amount of food one should eat, eating just one meal every 24 hours as a maximum, in times of good health, and the foods one should avoid, including pork.

The book has also been seen on an episode of the Boondocks "The Itis."

This book, along with Mr. Muhammad's other writings may be found on the Nation of Islam website.
