How It Feels to Be Something On is the third album by Sunny Day Real Estate, and the first since their 1997 comeback. It was released September 8th of the same year. Many of the album's songs deal with the loss of a lover due to infidelity. Also noteworthy is the use of the words "darium" and "mondrary" which do not exist in the English language.
