"How Do You Like Me Now?!" is the title of a song, released in late 1999, by American country music artist Toby Keith. It was the second single released from the album How Do You Like Me Now?!.

The song spent five weeks at Number One on the Billboard U.S. Hot Country Songs chart in 2000.[1] At the 2001 Academy of Country Music awards, the song was nominated for Single of the Year and Song of the Year.[2] In addition, "How Do You Like Me Now?!" was named as the Number One song of 2000 on American Country Countdown's year-end countdown.[3]
