Regarding the openning statement, "Binz, more commonly known as the Houston Museum District:" other than the name of a street, I've never heard "Binz" used as a name for a district, area, neighborhood, etc. If Binz is more than a street, it would be nice to have that explained. I'm pulling the reference to Binz.
