[edit] Merge

merge as per Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Scouting/RulesStandards. Our intent is not to delete anyone's work or to minimize the importance of any article that already exists on the Wikipedia. Instead our goal is to tighten the information, to make it more relevant and useful for the general Wikipedian. This article will be absorbed in its entirety to the larger state Scouting article. The newer article will encompass OA lodges, Councils, early nonBSA Scouting organizations like Campfire or Woodcraft, Girl Scouting where applicable, and other ideas as they come up. • I just undid the merge as the CT article was too long. --evrik (talk) 16:05, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
just surfing through, but after going over the standards of this project, I agree, merge. Does not meet

Wikipedia:Notability_(organizations_and_companies)#Non-commercial_organizations. Section on the camp can be trimmed down to one sentence about the location, as the rest of the section describes the kind of activities that go on in a typical Scout camp. Perhaps an article on Scout camps is in order. Secondary sources should be relatively easy to find for that.76.120.44.32 (talk) 02:45, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
