1966 ranch style house in California. 2500 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1/2 acre lot. Note asymmetrical design, long low roofline, raised brick foundation of Roman Bricks, heavy cedar shake roof, rambling nature of design that wraps around the lot, large eaves, stucco walls, large windows with simple frames and large expansive lot. This house carries most of the classic features of the style.
