Houston High School is a high school (Grades 9-12) located in Germantown, Tennessee. Its school colors are black and silver. The school's mascot is the Mustang. It is part of the Shelby County School System. One of its accomplishments is being the "Best of the Preps" in Shelby County Schools for the last nine years and counting. Houston also is known for its Athletics being one of the best in public High Schools. Also, Houston has one of the highest averages in ACT and SAT test scores of public schools in Shelby County and the United States.
