House of Percy

The House of Percy (also Perci) were the most powerful noble family in Northern England for much of the Middle Ages, having gained the title Baron Percy already in 1066. Members have held the titles of Earl of Northumberland or Duke of Northumberland to this day. Prominent members of the family include:
