Adminship
After seeing you several months ago on the Paris Hilton article, you seem like a good candidate for adminship and think you pocess that certain inner quality, yet I see your userbox states you don't want to be one! May I ask: Why not? I would gladly nominate you. Kilo-Lima|(talk) 20:57, 27 May 2006 (UTC)
- Lol thanks for the compliment. The reason I don't want to be an admin because it's a big responsibility specially this is a big site. I don't think people would vote for me to be admin first, I don't want to, second I don't use the preview button, third I used to fight with members specially with newbies, I'm not really expert at writing paragraphs lol and last this is time that I should now focus on my school/studies specially I'm in college now I want to be on top so I need to reduce my time going here. But I have something to ask would you give a barnstar? lol I need one--LooseTheHotButtonS 16:18, 28 May 2006 (UTC)

Image Tagging Image:Cyclops3.JPG
|
Thanks for uploading Image:Cyclops3.JPG. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then there needs to be an argument why we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then it needs to be specified where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, consider reading fair use, and then use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other media, consider checking that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. cholmes75 (chit chat) 19:04, 28 May 2006 (UTC)

Please help
This Alexandru Busa keeps on adding stuff (pictures and stuff) to wikipedia for the Ruslana article. Now this article is in need for a serious cleanup and you were the first one who popped in my head :). So I'd like to ask u to help me cleanup the page as ur English is better and u know the Wikipedia rules better than I do. -- Luigi-ish 20:42, 1 July 2006 (UTC)

Samples
Still on break? Your contribution states the negative:P . I was wondering (please) if you could upload a couple music samples for me (at least two). They are for the Celine Dion article. If its possible, how about uploading "My Heart Will Go On" from the album Let's Talk About Love, "Where does my heart beat now?" from Unison and "A new Day has Come' from A New Day Has Come. It would really mean a lot to me. Thanks. Orane (talk • cont.) 02:27, 14 July 2006 (UTC)
-
- Yeah, I'm just reading articles and doing minor edits. About the audio samples, I can upload "my heart will go on" but I don't have the other songs. I can also a sample for Mariah's Say Somethin'--hottie 00:09, 15 July 2006 (UTC)
License tagging for Image:MyAllSample.ogg
Thanks for uploading Image:MyAllSample.ogg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Song articles
- Hi again! I was wondering if you could reconsider using the section header "Song information" in song articles, because the whole article itself contains information about the song; I don't think titling a section "Song information" makes sense and it seems confusing to me.
- Also, I think it's more useful if you wait until after somebody has written something on the talk page before inserting {{talkheader}}. When readers see the blue "Discussion" tab they will probably think that there will be discussions on the talk page, so they might be irritated when they find there aren't any. Thanks. Extraordinary Machine 23:44, 3 August 2006 (UTC)
-
- In my opinion nothing is wrong about song information, the article doesn't look good and neat if the intro is so long and big. Second, nothing is wrong about putting "talkheaders" it's better that pages doesn't have a red link it looks better IMO.--hottie 12:55, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
-
-
- Sorry for the late reply; I didn't realise you had replied here. I'm not objecting to section headers in articles longer than three paragraphs or so, I just don't think it's wise titling the header "Song information". An article on Lebanon wouldn't have a section "Country information", for example. Extraordinary Machine 01:08, 15 August 2006 (UTC)
- Ok, thanks for the tips--hottie 17:39, 15 August 2006 (UTC)

Let's try to keep all the information together
The singles belong to the album and that way you get a complete overview. KittenKlub 12:59, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
-
- Huh, the article is already big and massive and you're putting the singles oh my it doesnt look good and you are putting those big boxes! again in the articles you want to edit I think it's way too cluttered I don't like it and you even put the tracklist.--hottie 13:06, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
-
-
- The article is huge and is supposed to be huge, because this will be the album of the year. What doesn't look good are the standard tracklists, because you can't read them especially with 23 tracks. Everybody (commercial sites; fan sites etc.) uses tables for that and for a good reason. The same with singles, you need a picture, because that will help to keep the page interesting. I am trying to keep it a good page and not a page which people will close at first sight. KittenKlub 13:09, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
- Album of the year now that's unsourced, well you are the user that keeps on using boxes that they don't even look good and they just look messy IMO, and there's a separated page for Aint No Other Man so you dont to copy/paste it to bAck to Basics.
-
-
-
- You need let people know what singles there are and it is just a one-liner. This way you can instantly see what singles are there for an album and - very important - you have pictures, because a page without pictures is not interesting. And I am personally on a talk page saying that it is album of the year, because that is what I think and therefore it better be good, because it sure looks like it is going #1 everywhere. KittenKlub 13:19, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
- Well you could just do this way:
-
- Ain't No Other Man- 1st single of back to basic blah blah
- Candy Man- 2nd single blah blah
with single cover at the left side instead putting those ugly boxes, and oh Confessions on a Dancefloor was number one everywhere but it's not the number album of 2005.
- You want the other single system like in discographies? Is that the whole problem, because if that is what it is about then consider it changed. However an edit war because you don't like a layout is not the way to do it. KittenKlub 13:31, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
- Whatever, I'll edit the article when I have a free time--hottie 13:36, 21 August 2006 (UTC)

The X-Men members navbox thing
Hey I just got this from ChrisGriwold, who I also seem to clash with. I'm stubborn... he's stubborn... ah well.
- "These navbox templates you've been adding are under discussion at the Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Comics#These_Infoboxes talk page. Please stop creating and adding these while we discuss them. Currently, the discussion appears to be going against their inclusion in articles, so you may want to join the discussion to present your opinion. Good luck.--Chris Griswold (☎☓) 01:53, 11 September 2006 (UTC)"

P!nk song articles
Hi Hotwiki! Good to see that you have returned. I was wondering if you could provide sources for the chart positions in the P!nk song articles you created a while back (e.g. Don't Let Me Get Me, Trouble (P!nk song))? Thanks. Extraordinary Machine 13:12, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
