I cited this rule in a discussion about someone else's community ban. The discussion is here [[2]] I'm not the one who made the legal threat, I'm just the one who cited the rule. This block is out of line because I don't defend the person up for a community ban, I just cited the rules. My account is also permitted under this policy [[3]] because rape is a very heated issue"
