Hotel Georgia is a historic hotel located at 801 West Georgia street in Downtown Vancouver. It was opened on May 7, 1927, as a 12 storey building. It was most recently branded as the Crowne Plaza Hotel Georgia with 313 rooms, by owner Allied Hotel Properties Inc. In 1998, it underwent a major restoration and renovation. The building and many portions of the interior are designated as a protected heritage property by the City of Vancouver. Sold in early 2007, the hotel is currently undergoing restoration and redevelopment.
Famous guests who have stayed at the Georgia include:
- Nat King Cole
- Prince of Wales (later the Duke of Windsor)
- Elvis Presley
- Louis Armstrong
- The Beatles
- Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip
- Errol Flynn died while a guest at the hotel in 1959.

Currently the hotel's parking structure has been demolished and a new high-rise building designed by Bing Thom Architects is being constructed. The new hotel building will stand at 162 m or 52 storeys tall and scheduled for completion in 2008. It will contain 97 hotel units and 204 dwelling units.
