Fed up with her affair with Frank Burns and the lack of discipline and professionalism at the 4077th, Major Margaret Houlihan requests a transfer. The night before she is scheduled to leave, she becomes very drunk and says what she really thinks of some of her comrades (that she really likes them deep down) and realizes she should stay.
