Hossein Kazemi (Persian: حسین كاظمی , born October 3, 1979 in Tehran, Iran) is an Iranian football player who currently plays for Sepahan F.C. in IPL.

He was an on-and-off player during the IPL 2004/05 season, but he became a pivotal part in the IPL 2005/06 season and won a fixed spot in stacked midfield. He has scored a few important goals for Esteghlal F.C.

He was called up to join the national team in August 2006, and made his debut for Iran in a friendly match against UAE. As of February 2007, he has three caps for Team Melli.
