Hospodárske noviny (abbreviated HN; English: Economic News(paper)) is a daily predominantly economic newspaper in Slovakia. It is issued by ECOPRESS, a subsidiary of Czech ECONOMIA and a member of the Handelsblatt group.
In 2006 the newspaper went through a massive relaunch change, which resulted in an increase in sales.[citation needed] HN sells 18 600 copies (source ABC SR, October 2007). The current editor-in-chief is Tomáš Kurtanský.
In fall 2007, HN launched an ambitious lifestyle supplement Prečo nie?! (English: Why not?!).
