Horst Feistel emigrated from Germany to the USA before WWII.
He had a Bachelor's degree in Physics from MIT and a Master's degree in Physics from Harvard.
He owned an IBM award for the invention of the National Bureau of Standards Crypto System "DES".
In 1985, he lived at 920 Main St., Osterville, MA 02655
Horst Feistel had no son. His daughter went to the Chicago region.
