[edit] Homophobia
Is there a reason for the removal of sourced, verified material regarding Horace Andy's homophobic lyrics? This material is in accordance with all of Wikipedia's policies for biographies of living persons. Every3rdthought (talk) 21:22, 21 March 2008 (UTC)
- I think you'll need to find a reliable independent source that states that Horace's lyrics are homophobic if you want to keep that information here. If you've come to that conclusion yourself by listening to his records, that would constitute original research.--Michig (talk) 21:45, 22 March 2008 (UTC)
- Absolutely. Thanks, SqueakBox 21:47, 22 March 2008 (UTC)
- Wouldn't the same argument apply to the information that his lyrics concern religion and social justice, i.e., if you're making the claim that his lyrics contain a certain content, then that claim must be sourced? In the meantime, I'll change the content to 'his lyrics have been considered to be homophobic' and source that claim. Every3rdthought (talk) 22:21, 22 March 2008 (UTC)::
- Yes if you want to remove that too as unsourced I won't object, I would only restore with sources. Thanks, SqueakBox 22:27, 22 March 2008 (UTC)
