The image is under copyright, however, its use on the Horseland article constitutes fair use under U.S. fair use laws, for the following reasons:

The image is a clear depiction of a "My Horse" section of the Horseland Jr. game, accessible to all players. The image displays the interface that all players encounter when they visit their horse in game. Because of this, the inclusion of the image in the article is crucial, as gameplay and interface is commonly referred to in the article.
No free or public domain images have been located to replace this image, nor could one be created and released under a free license that would provide the same or larger amount of information that this image provides. No free or public domain images can be located to replace this image, because Horseland, the license holder, has not released any images of the "My Horse" interface and gameplay under a free license.
This image is being used solely for informational purposes only, and its inclusion in the article is not being used to profit at all from the image.
This image does not hinder Horseland LLC's ability to profit from Horseland in anyway whatsoever.
Images of different Horseland pages circulate the Internet, so this image's use on Wikipedia does not have much of a significant impact.
