Česky: Vlajka města Horní Blatná, okres Karlovy Vary. List tvoří v žerďové polovině tři vodorovné pruhy, červený, bílý a červený v poměru 3:2:3. Ve vlající červené polovině kráčející bílý lev obrácený k vlajícímu okraji nad kosmo vztyčenými ryžovacími hráběmi šikmo podloženými kopáčem, oboje bílé na žlutých násadách.
