You wrote "If there's someone you can talk to, that's always a good start." You should avoid uncreative, generic personal snipes on wikipedia especially when you are defending such false stats. Of course I have a vested interest in not falsifying these models stats because it creates an unrealistic precedent that negatively effects women's body image , that's enough without my own personal preference. If she had a club foot and her modeling agency said she did not would we still have to go with a ridiculously biased source? Why? There will be a dispute about her measurements added to the article if the fictional bogus model agency 'numbers' reapppear.Catherine Huebscher (talkcontribs) 8:46, 5 May 2007 (UTC).

[edit] Spam in Baker tilly

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Baker tilly, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Baker tilly is blatant advertising for a company, product, group, service or person that would require a substantial rewrite in order to become an encyclopedia article.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Baker tilly, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. [edit] Speedy deletion of Baker tilly

A tag has been placed on Baker tilly requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company or corporation, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for companies and corporations.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. [edit] Team Fortress 2 edits.

Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of previously published material to our articles as you apparently did to Team Fortress 2. Please cite a reliable source for all of your information. The machete/kukri issue has been debated and settled as a "machete" due to three reasons:

  1. The game model and texture files refer to it as a machete.
  2. Reliable sources (such as the IGN one sitting next to the point in question) refer to it as a machete.
  3. No reliable source (fan sites are not reliable sources) have referred to it as a kukri.

Secondly, stating that the medic ubercharge is exactly 10 seconds is original research. There is no way to verify it is exactly ten seconds and plus Wikipedia is not a game guide so a more generalised statement such as "a short time" or "a few seconds" is far more preferable. Lastly, there is only one line in the game that says the demoman's bottle of booze is cider. This conflicts with what's actually on the bottle, the sprites for the bottle in the weapon select menus and the skin for the blue bottle suggest a scotch or other sort of whisky. As there is more in favour of being whisky, it is referred to as whisky in the article.
