The Hopkins's Groove-toothed Swamp Rat (Pelomys hopkinsi) is a species of rodent in the Muridae family. It is found in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, possibly Burundi, and possibly Tanzania. Its natural habitat is swamps. It is threatened by habitat loss.
